"...ish, ish, ish..."
This is what I hear as soon as Kate is out of bed in the mornings, or from naps, or periodically during the day. Matt and I bought her Finding Nemo thinking she might like to look at the fish since she loves fish. After playing it once for her she was hooked. She has never been one to stare at the television, she was much more interested in books and I liked it that way. Unfortunately Nemo has entered our lives and I doubt it will be the same from here on out. Until then I'm pushing to read books instead of watch Nemo, we'll see how successful I am.

good luck with that...Penelope got hooked on Cars and now she asks for it almost everyday.
Yah, once they are hooked on movies, it is hard to go back. We do limit the movie to one a day though :). It is so suprising how sick of a movie you can get though! At least Finding Nemo is a good one!
ugh, out of all the disney movies to fall in love with. thats not the one. torturesly too long! good luck with the books. but your the boss with the t.v., maybe you should find some fun, interactive ish books to distract her.
Maybe you should get some fish books??
Ah, discovering movies. Nemo has been Andrew's favorite lately. Luckily, the boys usually only get movies when we are at the school for a long time, so it's not requested much. Good luck!
