Catching Up...Again

A couple of weeks ago we were lucky enough to have one of Matt's old mission companions Jay, his wife Sarah, and little boy Aiden come and stay with us. We had a great time seeing them. They came to church with us and hung out all day Sunday. We haven't seen them for a couple of years so it really was fun catching up. Thanks for coming guys!

A few days after that my parents came out on my Birthday. (I'm no 26 and as my sister kindly reminded me, that's closer to 30 than 20. Thanks Amber!) They came out and brought my little brother Morgan to visit schools. Yes, he's already old enough to be looking at colleges. Kate has this phobia of men and cries whenever they enter her "personal space." I have no idea where she got it from but it makes me feel so bad for any males that are over the age of 10 and enter our house. She finally got used to the idea that my dad and Morgan weren't leaving and by the end she would walk up to them touch them on the arm and say "Hi." Her way of showing her acceptance. We had so much fun, we went to the zoo, did lots of shopping, did a campus tour of Utah State, went fishing, and my dad and I got pedicures. All in all it was a great week with lots of company!
Warming up to Grandpa.
Walking with my mom.

She fed the ducks all by herself out of her hand.
Morgan is taller than Matt now.
