Kate and Pregnancy Pictures

Kate has become quite the character these days. She talks up a storm, half of which Matt and I understand and the other half we're left to interpret by the tone of her voice. She is usually happy but certainly has a sassy side to her. She loves her dogs more than anything else in the world and demands to wear dresses daily. She has learned the word "No" and very politely tells it to me 100 times a day. Her other favorite word is "Stuck." I think I used that word once and now anytime she is in a situation she doesn't want to be in she claims she is "stuck."

As far as me and this pregnancy go, I'm wearing a few maternity items now, but I'm trying to hold out remembering how sick of them I was by the end of my last pregnancy. I'm at that awkward "Is she fat or pregnant?" stage and I'm not enjoying it all that much. Matt and I still can't think of a single girl name we agree upon, hopefully we'll have one picked out before she comes.

Other than that things are good. I've been working hard in the yard and Matt laid sod over our old flowerbeds while I was in Omaha. The backyard is certainly coming along, but still has a ways to go. We're planning on getting new countertops this week and we both can't wait. I'll be sure to post before and after pictures. The weather has been great and Kate and I spend as much time outside as we can. I try to dodge the dog poop and Kate walks right through it. At least everyone is happy.

The only way I can get her to smile for the camera is to tickle her, she was trying to make me stop by putting her hand out, it didn't work.
