My Girls

I really can't believe how fast Gabriella is growing. She is now about 3 1/2 months old and is growing into quite a cute little baby. She has the most adorable smile and loves to smile at anyone who will talk to her. She lives for social interaction. She is almost always pleasant and happy. She talks to me all the time and not only squeals with delight, but also screams with delight. She still likes her mom a lot but she's doing better with Matt, just not when she's tired. It's only Mom she wants when she's ready to sleep. She loves it when you sing to her and will usually try singing back to you or just sit with a huge smile on her face. I really love having this little one around. I can tell she's just going to be a happy, joyful, chatty little person.

Kate is growing up way to fast. She is a funny little person and is definitely two. She's starting to get a little bossy with me and has developed quite a stubborn streak. She has also been talking up a storm lately. She asks about things she sees usually saying "What's that?" to every commercial that comes on t.v. Here are a few of my favorite things she has said recently.


1. I gave her three options to choose from for lunch, she thought for a minute and replied "Acutally, I'll have cookies, thanks."

2. She's been having trouble going to bed lately and while I'm getting her ready she will say to me while pointing her finger, "You see that clock, that clock means TEN MORE MINUTES."

3. This morning Matt was getting dressed and Kate replied, "Look Mom, Daddy's putting on his panties."

I've said it before and I'll say it again, having a 2 year old is the best, so is having a little baby. I wish they would stay just like they are for a while longer. I'm tired of all this growing up stuff.
