Last night I had gotten Gabriella asleep and Kate and I cuddled on the couch watching Beauty and The Beast. It was the end of the movie where the Beast gets hurt and lies on the ground. Our conversation went something like this:
Kate: "What happened to the Beast?"
Me: "Um, do you think he died?"
Kate: She paused for a minute thinking and then said, " Yea, and then he'll get resurrected. Yea and then he'll be alive again!"
Me: "That's right."
Kate: "And then he'll live with Heavenly Father."
Amazing what a 2 year old can understand about the gospel. It just reconfirmed to me the importance of teaching our children no matter how young they are. They get it.

That is a sweet story. It really is amazing what little sponges they are at this age. It sounds like you are doing a good job teaching Kate.
Amanda!!! I got your message, but I don't think I have your email address. Anyway, I got accepted to be an English Teaching Assistant in France for the 2010-2011 school year. I leave in September and I'll stay through April or May. I'm really excited. How's your family doing? Are you guess moving for Matt's MBA, or is it a distance program? Fill me in! givemethatmountain (at) gmail (dot) com.
