The Big Sister

Kate has been such a sweet girl to be with these days. Two is a really fun age and I must admit I'll be a little sad when she turns 3. She loves to dress up and is influenced easily by any song she hears about a princess, book she sees, or movie she watches. She has different dresses that represent the different princesses and changes about 20 times a day. I don't know why I bother dressing her in the mornings.

She's been really into spelling words and trying to write letters. I've been surprised by some of the letters she can write. She loves to color. I think that girl would color all day long if she could. Some days I think she colors in the lines better than I do.

She is really good with Gabriella and usually remains patient except when it involves any of her toys. It's going to be an adjustment when Gabriella gets mobile.

She's learned she has her dad wrapped around her finger and can pretty much talk him into getting her anything she wants. She informed me this morning that if she goes to nursery again without crying she will be getting Tinker Bell shoes. That must be a deal she worked out with her Dad. Kate why don't you stay just how you are, we sure love you.

*I would just like to add that she dressed herself...again.

These pictures are SO cute! The more pictures you post, the more I think I need a new camera. It also helps that your subjects are so cute! That is pretty funny that she has already learned to make deals with her daddy.
