Cousins

Since we've been here Kate and Makenna have had so much fun playing together. From the moment they are awake in the morning they are off being silly together. They do EVERYTHING together. If one of them is doing something, the other has to do it as well. This morning Kate made me change her outfit so that she had on short sleeves like Makenna. It's been so fun watching them play and interact. And apart from the occasional two year old tantrum, they've done great. I'm sure grateful my sister and I have children the same ages. It makes for some entertaining times and our kids will always have someone to play with.

Tonight after Kate had just got done giving Makenna a hug good night, here's what she said to me:

Kate: "Mama, guess what just happened?"

Me: "What?"

Kate: "I just gave Makenna a hug goodnight and I almost bit her!"

Is there something wrong with my child? As she's giving sweet hugs goodnight she's thinking of biting people. I better warn Makenna tomorrow to be careful of hugs from Kate.

Ironically I was looking through pictures and founds this one. I wonder how long she's been thinking like that?
