Ten Months

Gabriella is 10 months old and I still can't believe how fast time has gone. It seems like she has changed a ton this past month. She's a crawling maching and loves to walk around (actually she prefers to run) holding your hands, or pushing the stroller. She can stand unassisted, and took her first step last night. She is constantly getting into anything and everything she shouldn't be in and has a fascination with stairs and whenever she's left around them without a gate up she crawls right to them as fast as she can and lunges to go down them. Yesterday she crawled up the stairs for the first time.

She goes around the house "roaring" at us constantly. She learned to do it while we were in Omaha. Her cousins and sister would roar at her and since then she does it to all the time.

She loves baths but refuses to just sit in the bathtub. She plays this game where she falls forward onto her tummy, sticks her face in the water, then looks up and smiles at me. Sits back up and does the whole thing over again and again. The girl has no fear of anything.

She continues to be a social little person and loves all activities that involve lots of people. It seems like she's developed quite the personality these days and I absolutely adore this little girl. One of her favorite people is of course Kate. When Gabriella is up after I've put Kate to bed all she tries to do is crawl right into Kate's room to get her. She seems so happy and has a real joy for life. She really is just a pleasure to be around. And I am so happy that she is apart of our family.
