The Peterson Family

It seems like this little one is growing up a little faster than I'm ready for. I can't believe she's already 18 months old. There's a part of me that loves having her get a little older and more independent but then another part of me misses the cuddly little baby she used to be.

She is constantly "talking" and jabbering about everything but gets especially loud and animated over things the dog is doing wrong. She seems to have perfected the word "No" and uses it 50 times a day towards me. Her vocabulary has been exploding lately and now includes the name Pascal, or "Papal" and Mother Gothel, "Moo Goph."

She still loves to do things that will get a laugh out of anyone. And much to my dismay she has also been perfecting her scowl, as pictured above. Her favorite person without question is Kate, or "Ayeeete!" She yells for Kate all over the house, and yells Kate's name "Ayeeete" over and over to get her attention. She would do just about anything for her sister including giving her any food Kate asks for or any toy Kate wants.

Some of her favorite things are dancing to music, or spinning in circles till she gets so dizzy she hits a wall, putting on Kate's clothes, especially her underwear, and playing with the dog, or trying to give her kisses by licking the dog's face. She is a busy, happy, and fun little person to be around. There's not much better than her huge kisses or "licks" on both sides of your cheeks followed by a tight hug around the neck. We love you Gabriella.
