I think we're really starting to enjoy and see the beauty in the desert. The girls love wandering around looking for rabbits, lizards, bugs, cacti, and whatever else we can find. Gabriella's vocabulary has exploded recently and she can say pretty much anything you ask her to say. She has also become quite strong willed and she is not afraid to let you have it when you don't do things the way she wants them done.
Kate continues to amaze me with how much she learns and remembers. She has recently developed an obsession with Toyota's. She points them out everywhere we go. The other day she said to me, "Mom I really wish we had a Toyota." She has started sounding out words and is getting better and better at it. She loves to go swimming and make new friends.
Matt has been loving his internship so far. I think the best part is having him home every night. It seems to me like this is shaping up to be one great summer.

I am SO glad you are loving it there. Every time you post something about Arizona, it makes me and Eric want to move back there even more, even though we love Denver. I also love Gabriella's necklace! Did you make it for her, or is it supposed to be for you. It's adorable!
