California

We spent the last week in California and had a GREAT trip. The first day there I was lucky to be able to spend with my parents attending a cousins wedding at the L.A. Temple. After the wedding we headed to the Sana Monica Pier and then drove the Pacific Coast Highway. The reception was that night and we all had a great time. It was so fun to get to spend the day with my parents, something I don't get to do as often as I would like to.

The rest of our trip in California was spent doing what we love the most, swimming, playing, and being with family. All the cousins on the Peterson side of the family were able to make it for the week and the girls were in Heaven with so many friends to play with.

We were finally able to get an updated picture of all the cousins together with Grandma and Grandpa. And one of all four of the babies born within a year of each other. I'd say we did a pretty good job considering how many little people there were.

It was so fun to watch Kate and Gabriella play with their cousins. They all got along really well and played from sun up till sun down.

We went and played baseball one night and headed to a Dodger game another night. The girls loved both outings and the Dodgers won the night we went, an added bonus!

The end of our vacation we finished with a bang engaging in an all out family Nerf Gun battle. I'm not sure who had more fun the big people or the little people. I sure feel grateful to be part of such a fun family.
