Omaha!

The girls and I decided it was time we take a trip to Omaha to visit the Bailey family. I wondered if we were crazy heading there in January but it ended up being beautiful weather, filled with lots of playing with cousins, and fun activities. I loved every minute of the trip. We packed everyday with fun things to do but I think the best part of all was seeing the girls play with their cousins. Thanks Mom and Dad, and everyone for such a great trip. I hope we can do it again soon!

All the Bailey cousins with 3 more on the way this year.

I love how beautiful Nebraska is even in the winter. I've missed all the rolling hills and the stunning contrast of the bright blue sky against the yellow fields. I just couldn't get enough of it.

We enjoyed feeding the horses by my parents' house. They were huge, beautiful, and friendly.

The first snow that my girls have seen this year. Gabriella thought it was great until she touched it then she hated it.

Swimming at the YMCA, we went several times.

The Zoo, it's always a favorite when we go to Omaha.

Gabriella enjoyed every minute of the trip, getting into toothpaste, eating chocolate popsicles, and swimming in my moms gigantic bathtub.

I came home to a dozen gorgeous roses, from a wonderful husband who was kind to let us spend 8 days away. He was definitely missed but I can't help but feel grateful for his support.
Gabriella was pretty worn out after the trip. The next day she fell asleep trying to get out of her chair after dinner.

Amanda...Sounds like a wonderful trip! I love the pictures and the eye that you have when taking them.

I especially love the picture of all the cousins...what a great group of little people.

And Gabriella, falling asleep as she gets down from the table...classic!!

I love all of your pictures! We had so much fun playing with you guys while you were here. I really think you should move to Omaha...you'll have to talk to Matt about that one!

So fun and what a fun trip! Cousins are the BEST! I will say that pic of Gabriella in the chair...crazy. I think she and Alex are one in the same, except she is the girl version and he is the boy. We NEED to get together some time soon.
