Update

The girls and I have LOVED living right next to a park.  There's rarely a morning or evening we aren't over there playing.  I feel like I haven't done many updates on the girls lately so here's the rundown.  Kate has grown and changed so much the past few months.  She's the one who keeps me on track, and makes sure all the rest of us are doing what's right.  She tries hard to make good choices and really doesn't like to get in trouble.  She's starting to read and spell by herself, and spends hours each day drawing pictures.  If you ask her she'll very confidently explain to you that one of her talents is drawing and coloring.  She has been a great big sister to Gabriella.  They have their moments but in general they play great together. 

 

Gabriella just keeps growing up way too fast.  She is quite the character these days.  She talks great and expresses her ideas or silly thoughts freely.  She almost always has a smile on her face from the second she wakes up until she goes to sleep at night.  She is potty trained which I was dreading.  Luckily she picked it up fast and most of the time just climbs onto the big potty by herself, does everything, then tells me afterwards.  She is super social and makes friends quickly.  She loves an audience and making people laugh.  She ads the word "Stinky" in front of many words which always gets a laugh from her sister.  

 Life has been good.  We've loved our new house and have been busy with life.  I've finally settled into this pregnancy (it only took 33 weeks to get here).  Or maybe it's the light at the end of the tunnel that has me trying to enjoy the rest of the pregnancy more.  Either way, life is good.  I know the next few weeks will fly by and then we'll be adding another member to our family, which we're all excited about.
