Best Brownies In The World

I made Matt these Blonde Brownies for Valentines Day. The recipe is courtesy of my mother and they are amazing! I think I ate half the pan while Matt had one bite...how typical. Here's the recipe for everyone. I recommend baking them in a heart shaped pan about the size of an 8x8 pan. And your heart shaped pan must be pink like mine.

Blonde Brownies
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Melt butter, dump in brown sugar add egg and vanilla and mix. Stir in dry ingredients. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake, may be a little mushy when they come out of the oven. Amazing!

Hey Amanda,

Why do you have such evil recipes? I made your chocolate valentine cookies, the ones with the double layered cookie and frosting coming out the window. Do you remember those? Yum, Yum...we'll have to try these browines too. Thanks, Cheers - Lacey

Where did you get your cute heart-shaped pan? I'll have to make the brownies sometime, I'm sure that John would love them.
