Texas

The week before Christmas we loaded everyone up in the car and made the drive down to San Antonio to spend the week with Matt's brother and his family.  It was so kind of them to host us at such a busy time of year.  The girls loved it there, they played and played.  We loaded a lot of fun into one short week.  We visited the San Antonio Zoo (which was awesome), Buckeye's (largest gas station in Texas), the Children's Museum, the Wildlife Refuge (where Kate fed an ostrich that bit her hand, thanks to her Mom prompting her to feed it), Horse races, went and saw Christmas lights, Sea World, and celebrated Matt's Birthday.  It was such a fun trip.  Hopefully we can do it again soon.
