Lake Pleasant

Last weekend we headed out to the Lake after Matt got off work.  The sun was just setting, so we swam in the warm water, looked for crawdad's, and played until the sun went down.  Once it was dusk we pulled out the fishing poles, found a group of Striper's and caught fish.  Kate caught her very first Striper which was really exciting for her.  Matt had to help her reel it in because it fought so hard.  She was pretty proud of the catch, and even happier when it ended up being the biggest one we caught that night.

It's always a lot of work doing things like that with little kids, packing all the necessary things for them, and keeping the baby entertained, but it was worth it and everyone had a fun time.
